In preparing for Valentine's celebration, Santosian can make this sweet and beautiful drink to give to your loved ones! Or it can be a sweet and fresh gift for yourself too ☺

What Santosian needs:

100gr of strawberries
120ml plain soda
Coffee Excelso House Blend
30gr sugar
100gr of ice cubes
Tools : Abid Clever Dipper, Hario Shaker, and sauce pan.

Method:

Strawberry Base : Cut 100gr of strawberry into rather small pieces, put in a saucepan and add 20gr of sugar and 20ml of water. Cook the ingredients over low heat until they become like strawberry jam but still have the texture of chunks of fruit.
Coffee concentrate : To make coffee concentrate, prepare 25gr of Excelso House Blend (grindsize fine) and 125ml of water at 97°C. Blooming with 70ml for 1 minute, stir 10 times to increase the extraction. After 1 minute, pour the remaining 55 ml of water. Then wait for 6 minutes and place the Abid Clever Dripper on the server to separate the coffee solution. Let stand for a moment for the coffee to cool before shaking. Then shake 40gr of coffee with 50gr of ice cubes until the coffee is frothy.
Prepare a serving glass, pour 40gr strawberry base, 10ml liquid sugar, ice cubes according to taste, 120ml soda and shaken coffee.
Ice Shaken Strawberry Coffee is ready to be served! Don't forget to put a piece of strawberry on the glass as a decoration to beautify it.
