Ice Blended Coffee Marie Susu

It's getting colder and entering the rainy season, Santosian! The weather nowadays is delicious accompanied by warm and sweet. How about we try to make Ice Blended Coffee Marie Susu.

- 60ml UHT Milk
- 50ml Sweetened condensed milk
- 10gr Sugar
- 5pcs Marie Susu Biscuits
- 80ml Coffee concentrate (ingredients and how to make below)
- 200gr Ice cubes
- Tools : Abid Clever Dripper, Paper filter, and Blender
How to make:
- Coffee concentrate : To make coffee concentrate, prepare 25gr Excelso Java Arabica (grindsize fine) and 125ml water at 97°C. Blooming with 70ml for 1 minute, stir 10x to increase extraction. After 1 minute, pour the remaining water, which is 55 ml. Then wait for 6 minutes and place the Abid Clever Dripper on the server to separate the coffee solution. Let stand for a moment for the coffee to cool before mixing.
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender slowly, preceded by ice, milk and other ingredients and then the last coffee concentrate. Blend until everything is well mixed. You can use 2 types of marie milk to get a stronger aroma and taste.
- And, Ice Blended Coffee Marie Susu is ready to be served.
