Ice Shaken Fizzy Lemon Coffee

April is a month of fasting and abstinence for both Christians and Muslims, the difference is that Muslims will still continue their fast at the end of April, while Christians will complete it ahead of Easter. Every time you break your fast after a day of fasting, you feel like quenching your thirst with something fresh. Therefore, Santosian can try an exciting drink recipe, namely Fizzy Lemon Coffee Ice Shaken which is very easy to make to accompany your iftar!
What Santosian needs:
30ml lemon juice
40ml coffee concentrate
30ml liquid sugar
120ml plain soda
100gr ice
Tools : Vietnam Drip, Aeropress paper filter, and Hario Shaker.
Method:
Lemon Liquid: To make lemon liquid, mix 30ml of lemon juice with 30ml of liquid sugar. Mix well. (Tip: Make your own liquid sugar with a 1:1 ratio between sugar and hot water).
Coffee Concentrate / Shaken Coffee: Prepare 15gr of Excelso Kalosi Toraja (fine grind size) and 75ml of water at 98°C. Install the aeropress filter so that the fine powder is filtered out. Add coffee and pour all the water, then let it drip until it's done. Then, shake 40 grams of coffee concentrate / shaken coffee with 50 grams of ice cubes until the coffee is frothy.
Mix all the ingredients: Pour 30 ml of lemon juice (no. 1), 120 ml of soda and shaken coffee (no. 2) in a glass filled with ice cubes according to taste.
