Hot Café Mocca

In the cold rainy month, there are Christmas and New Year celebrations that many people have been looking forward to. Waiting to celebrate together may not be like before the pandemic because of health protocols that must be maintained. However, do not let the warmth dim. Come on, make this warm drink, you can give it to your loved ones too or enjoy it together.

What Santosian needs:

50ml UHT milk
25 ml of liquid whip cream
5gr cocoa powder
15gr brown sugar (can be replaced with sweetened condensed milk or liquid sugar)
1 shot Unakaffee Mandheling
Tools : Unakaffee Machine and Milk Frother

Method:

Prepare Espresso: Prepare 1 shot of Unakaffe Mandheling espresso excelso using the Unakaffe machine. The sweet taste of caramel with a strong aroma of raisins is perfect for this recipe.
Mocca concentrate: To make mocca concentrate, prepare 5gr of cocoa powder and 15gr of brown sugar then dissolve it with 1 shot of Excelso Unakaffe Mandheling espresso.
Milk Base: For the milk base, prepare 50 ml of UHT milk and 25 ml of liquid whip cream. Mix all the ingredients in a container, then slowly heat the milk base with the milk brother until all the ingredients are fused and hot.
Mix all the ingredients (65gr mocca base and 75ml milk base). Sprinkle cocoa powder as a garnish to enhance the look. Hot Café Mocca is ready to be served.
