Centered on the theme "Our Coffee Creations: A Global Exploration," Coffee Day 2026 serves as a platform for Santosians from all areas to express their creativity while strengthening a culture of coffee appreciation within the company. This year, that spirit is channeled through five distinct competitions that invite Santosians to explore coffee from various perspectives—both during the preliminary rounds and the finals.

Through "Coffee Cupping," Santosians are encouraged to sharpen their sensory perception and deepen their knowledge of coffee characteristics. The exploration continues with "Coffee Drink," a competition that challenges participants to craft unique coffee-based beverages, whether served hot or cold. To prepare for the challenge, participants attended a "Coffee Mixology Workshop"—supported by the Excelso Multi Rasa team—where they learned techniques for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee drinks.

For those who enjoy storytelling through visuals, the "Coffee Video" category offers a space to capture the excitement of SJA Coffee Day. These videos showcase the moments, stories, and enthusiasm surrounding this special day for coffee lovers. Meanwhile, "Coffee Crafting" invites participants to transform waste materials—such as burlap sacks and ready-to-drink (RTD) bottles—into functional, marketable products, offering a creative perspective on repurposing existing materials.

Equally engaging is "Coffee Photography," which provides a space for Santosians to capture coffee through their own unique lenses. Using smartphone cameras, participants present diverse perspectives and singular moments, revealing the stories hidden behind a cup of coffee. The enthusiasm surrounding the Coffee Day 2026 series of events is reflected in the diverse range of work produced by the "Santosians." From beverage concoctions and artisanal crafts to videos, photographs, and cupping competitions, it is clear that coffee serves as a source of inspiration that extends far beyond what is found in a cup. 

More than just a celebration, Coffee Day 2026 provided a space for Santosians to explore coffee from various perspectives, exchange ideas, and thoughtfully plan ways to express their creativity.
