Three decades is no short span of time. Behind this 30-year journey lie countless stories of dedication, hard work, loyalty, and contributions—all of which have played a vital role in the evolution of PT Santos Jaya Abadi. Every step taken and every act of service by our employees has helped build the foundation that allows the company to continue growing and thriving today.

As a token of appreciation for this long-standing commitment, PT Santos Jaya Abadi once again presented its Long Service Award (LSA) to employees who have served for 30 years. This year, the milestone was celebrated with a group trip to Central Java from October 7–10, joined by 23 award recipients.

The journey began with a visit to the SJA Semarang factory, where the recipients had the chance to see firsthand the development of the facilities, operational activities, and the company’s overall progress. Beyond a simple site visit, the occasion served as an opportunity to reflect on their long journeys, their contributions, and the achievements attained over the decades.

From Semarang, the group traveled on to Yogyakarta. A strong sense of camaraderie emerged as the participants explored various tourist destinations, enjoyed the trip, and shared stories and memories from their time with the company. In this relaxed setting, the experience helped strengthen bonds and create new memories alongside colleagues who have been an integral part of their professional journeys.

More than just an acknowledgment of tenure, the Long Service Award serves as a reminder that the company’s journey and achievements are inseparable from the people who have grown and strived alongside it. Every employee possesses a unique story, role, and contribution that has helped bring the company to where it stands today.

Thank you to all the award recipients for the loyalty, dedication, and contributions you have provided over these past three decades. May this spirit of dedication and togetherness continue to inspire all Santosians as we move forward.

Let us keep sailing, growing, and advancing together with PT Santos Jaya Abadi and the Kapal Api Group.
